The St. James is a full-service restaurant with its own chef. Rigo runs the line from eleven in the morning until one at night — lunch specials, USDA Prime cut to order, Gulf snapper stuffed when you ask for it, and Chef Rigo’s Endless Seafood Buffet · Fridays, 11:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Soups are made in-house. The palomino dressing on the shrimp salad is his. The burrito that carries his name is tenderloin, peppers, onions, and homemade queso. Nothing on this board is a kit.
